third trimester

we have been in this process of adoption paperwork for six months.

if this were a pregnancy,
we would be beginning our third trimester.

when i look at it that way, it doesn't seem so bad...

however,
when i look at it from the perspective that the moment i knew we would adopt was ten years ago...
we are breaking some records here or something.

so ready to be done with this part.
